摘要

Increasing demand for multi-functional and high effiicency,industrial furnaces these days are sometimes hardly satisfied by conventional empirical design techniques.On this background,a CFD (Computed Fluid Dynamics) has bene noticed as an effective means for designing industrial furnaces.In this study,a ocmputer-aided intelligent design system for industrial furnaces (if-Diss Ver 2) was devleoped as an useful tool to support industrial furnace design and sales promotion aiming at the expansion of gas utilization.the time required for analyzing industrial furnace performance was significantly reduced and the CFD-based industrial furnace analysis was made available to even inexperienced staff as well analysis experts through this system.
