Technics are reviewed that enhance image understanding through the merger and integration of different sensor information .Hyperspectral sensors, image analysis, and applications re summarized. SOcet Set and Rapid Scene software applciation tools for image analysis and 3-D geospatial data base creation are described. Digital multispectral video an fluorescence technology applciations are reviewed. Tidal measurements using differential global positioning system technology are described. Image enhancement and feature identification methods are reviewed with regard to new sensor data opportunities and data fusion. Three dimensional dynamic geospatial data fly thrugh is addressed using draw-land software applications. The development of a nw spectral data base library is summarized. The library incorporates visible near-infrared, fluorescence and thermal spectra obtained from field, laboratory and imagery measurements.
