In Brazil, when the electricity generated by hydropower plants is not required for consumption, there is a surplus electricity (secondary hydroelectricity). This situation is favorable for hydrogen production by water electrolysis. On the other side, there is one project in the country to import natural gas from Bolivia by pipelines. It is proposed, in this study, the mix up of electrolytical hydrogen produced by secondary hydroelectricity with the natural gas imported from Bolivia, generating a mixture that can be used as an energy carrier. The use of mixture H_2atural gas in thermoelectrical plants will mean the reuse of secondary hydroelectricity. beyond, the mixture H_2atural gas is less pollutant than natural gas. The hydropower plants are identified near the pipelines and estimated the disposal of secondary hydroelectricity. With respect to mixture H_2atural gas, the limitant technical characteristics and required condition to its burning are showed.
