Multiple target recognition by eigenvalue estimation

摘要

A new method of radar target recognition is presented in this paper. Aircraft nimber for radar target is recognized by IF radar echoes. For received IF echo signal, the complex envelope of the signal is obtained by FFT and spectrum shift, and its auto-correlation matrix are computed. The feature vector is the eigenvalue of the auto-correlation matrix. Also, using the method based on subspace division, the precise reference templates are built.
