摘要

This article describes non-cement Al2O3-SiC castables for cement kiln coal burner,with fused corundum,special grade high alumina bauxite and SiC as main raw material,and with hydrated alumina (p-Al2O3) and MgO-SiO2-H20 as the binders.Effects of the chemical composition and the ratio of the raw materials on the properties of castables were studied in this article.By comparing the performance of the non-cement Al2O3-SiC castables with low cement Al2O3-SiC castables for cement kiln coal burner,the results showed that the high-temperature bending strength,mesotherm strength and thermal shock resistance of the non-cement Al2O3-SiC castables are superior to low cement Al2O3-SiC castables.
