Research on Test Method of Coating Resistance Performance for Silicon Carbide Refractory Castables

摘要

The formation mechanism of buildups and influence factors of coating resistance were studied.The formation process was also simulated.The grade of coating resistance was evaluated by measuring bonding between buildups and Silicon Carbide Refractory Castables(SCRC),then the method of Coating Resistance Test (CRT) was established.The experiments prove that this method has strong operability and universality using SCRC with different materials,SiC content and grades.
