The shotcrete was prepared using brown fused alumina,silicon carbide,silica fume,activated alumina,white fused alumina and ball pitch.The physical properties such as rheology and thermal shock resistance were studied through changing silica fume addition,The results indicate that the shotcrete has improved physical properties when additions of silica fume is 8% and alumina micro-powder is 4%; when water addition is 6.5%,the shotcrete will have good rheological and plastic property to be pumped.The performance of the shotcrete was enhanced greatly after gunning on 350mt-torpedo cars.
