Research of Self-flow Castable Used for Iron Runner of BF

摘要

In this paper, fused dense conrundum, SiC, uf-SiO_2, pure calcium aluminate cement and pitch as main materials and the effects of particle-size distribution, grain shape, variety and added amount of fine power, variety and added amount of water-reducing agents on self-flowability were studied, and factors affected survice performance were also studied. The situation it was used for a certain blast furnace(BF) iron runner successfully was introduced.
