Any public utility company that deals directly with the engineering and maintenance of its facilities is familiar with the enormous amount of drawings,maps,and technicla data required to manage the work.Developing efficient methods for managing this information is a primary concern.East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is no exception and has faced this scenario since the District was formed in 1923.
