In this paper, the network structure of a special distributed Automated Command and Management System(ACMS) is discussed fro mthe viewpoint of system overall design, a system structure design thinking which combines the cnetralized command fashion with the distributed resoruces arrangement is provided, and some technical problems such as the network topology, the reference model, the function coordination and the resourcesarrangement are analysed in broad line.
