Space-quality capacitors, resistors, and EMI/RF filters in the USA: achievements, progress, and concerns

This paper discusses recent activites in the area of space-quality capacitors, resistors, and EMI/RF feedthrough filters in the USA. Activities by users, part manufacturers, and DSCC are discussed. Highlighted also are effects of the Perry Initiative, significant changes made recently to part specifications, as well as current concerns and future plans.
