摘要

The suitability of Lead Magnesium Niobate (PMN) based compositions for high capacitance value multilayer ceramic capacitors is analyzed by studying hte properties of 1206 style capacitors. The field dependent dielectric properties, the failrue behavior at highly accelerated test conditions and the mechanical strength under three point bend measurement conditions were used to develop high CV products. As an example, basic electrical properties of 1210 style 22 muF capacitors are discussed.
