Complex Presforms in Net Shape and High Volumes

The author will present information about how the CompForm preforming process specifically provides technology for the manufacture of Net Shape Coomplex preforms from any combination of virtually any reinforcement materials in volumes suitable for integration in transportation industries such as automobiles, trucks, buses and trains as well as marine and industrial applications. Schematics of several different, fully automated manufacturing systems will be shown for high volume, net shape, complex preform production every two minutes or less. Slides and/or videos will show the critical manufacturing machinery components now in place at the AGFM COmpForm laboratory in Chesapeake, Virginia.
