The primary purpose of the Bridgfepoint project was to provide a Class A office complex for the extremely competitive Austin office market. The design concet included providing an energy efficient building system integrated into a pleasant workplace with the goal of making the building attactive of the with the goal of making the building attractive to the high tech companies in the area. The design had to balance energy efficiency within a fixed building footprint, the view, anticipated internal loads, and visibility.
