How can intelligent instruments interoperate in an application framework? a mechanism for taking into account operating constraints

摘要

In this paper we present an intelligent tinstrument descriptive model and a mechanism to express at the operating level the application constraints. These two notions allow to define a necessary condition to anticipate the interoperability of a set of equipments in an application framework.
