Recovery of spent pickle for titanium and its alloys

摘要

The regeneration of titanium spent pickle liquid has been studied by SF-11 precipitant. The effect of additive amount of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid on the results of pickling have been observed. The best condition of pickle liquid cycle and pickling process have been selected. The practice has proved that picling rate of regenerate acid and surface quality of pickled sample have met the needs of production.
