Business Use of the World Wide Web: A Model of Business Web Usage

We believe our proposed model is simple and intuitive enough for managers to understand and apply to their business strategies and yet comprehensive enough to capture all potential business ramifications of the technology. For researchers the model provides a critical groundwork for further studies on the topic. Numerous research agenda can be built on the model including; "How companies adopt and implement the Web technology", "What issues and problems are associated with different uses of the Web" and "What factors affect successful implementation of the Web."
