Total fluid management is a complete approach to managing fluids and lubricants. The program directs a paper mill to partner with their lubricant supplier on a long term basis, to proactively manage lubricants application and waste minimization.This philosophy helps insure proper handling of products from inception and formulation, to application, maintenance, recycling and proper disposal.A total fluid management program is customized to serve individual requirements. Any size paper mill can take advantage of this program to curb maintenance costs as well as lubricant and fluid waste. The program will also extend the service life of fluids, reduce costly downtime, increase equipment reliability and performance, and help minimize environmental liabilities associated with used oil disposal.
