摘要

The official document workflow system is an important application which merges the theories of CSCW and OA. This paper analysises the workflow of official document handling, and gives an algorithm of workflow management for it. We adopt objected-oriented mechanism to simplify the workflow management. ODWFS is established on WWW-based architect ure and meets the requirement of the none-paper.office of third generation OA.
