摘要

A decentralized routing controller for multi-destination transportation networks is proposed. The basic aim of the introduced approach is to minimize the queue lengths at the nodes. The proposed controller is decentralized in the sense that all the on-line computations are done locally at the nodes with minimum information transfer from the adjacent downstream nodes. The proposed controller clears the queues and leads each vehicle to its destination in finite time, does not over saturate the links, and avoids looping. It is believed that the proposed strategy is especially suited for "semi-congested" networks where certain nodes may become congested from time to time.
