The apparent reactivity ratios of VC/DAP copolymerization (r_(VC)=0.7688 and r_(DAP)=0.3736) and the critical concentration of DAP (f_(cr)) for gel formation (0.466 ~ 0.493mmol/mol VC) were firstly determined at 80 ~ 85 % conversion and 45 °C . The copolymer is soluble in tetrahydrofuran when feed concentration of DAP (f_2~0) f_(cr), the copolymer is composed of both gel and sol fraction. DP of sol fraction decreases as f_2~0 increases, but the gel content and crosslink density of gel increase. A maximum polydispersity appears when f_2~0 approaches f_(cr).
