摘要

Thiobacillus ferrooxidans are separated from the mine water in Tanyaokou Mine, Inner Mongolia and are used to biologically leach the minerals in Tanyaokou, Dongshengmiao and Huogeqi Mines. The key factors which affect the leaching rate, such as ore granularity, ore sort and bacterial concentration, are studied in detail. The effect of pyrite on leaching copper pyrite and the mechanism are discussed.
