Reengineering and the Customer

Today I'd like to tell you how reengineering has helped my company compete in the global market and find new opportunities to serve our customers. Although our story is not unique, we think it may hold some lessons for others. We've all heard the Chinese curse that goes: "May you live in interesting times." And most of us in business can appreciate the irony. A tranquil marketplace is dull. But a dynamic one is not only more interesting, it is also more competitive and a much more difficult place to make money.
