Mathematical modeling of slag tap fired boilers: a parametric study

摘要

This article describes a study of two similar designed slag tap pulverized coal Tired boilers using numerical simulation. Results concerning the arrangements of tertiary air nozzles, grinding fineness of the coal used, non-uniform coal distributions at the burner inlet and computational expense concerning the numerical grid are shown.
