Granulated products- the way for utilisation of fly ash from fluidised bed combustion and waste coal slimes

The intensive modern!salion of the energy sector in Poland aimed in considerable extent to introduction of fluidiscd bed boilers requires the solution for utilisation of fly ash generated at the furnace. The utilisation of fine coal slimes with a high mineral matter content from coal processing plants represents a similar problem. The Institute For Chemical Processing of Coal has developed the efficient technologies for processing of both kind of wastes into the valuable products to hydraulic filling of voids from mining operations. The technologies were confirmed in the 0.5 t/h scale.
