In this study, a mass transfer model for a noncondensable gas and a condensation heat transfer model were added to a three-dimensional two-phase flow analysis program, in order to evaluate heat transfer performance in a feed-water heater. The heat transfer model was verified by condensation heat transfer experiments with 4 X 32 rows of heat transfer tubes and thermal resistance due to noncondensable gas at a condensation surface was measured. The calculated overall heat transfer coefficients agreed with the data within +-5 percent under the inlet quality of 13-100 percent.
