Youngs Creek Hydroelectric Project Erosion and Sediment Control Plan

An Application for License for Major Unconstructed Project for the Youngs Creek Hydroelectric Project, located about 48 km northeast of Seattle, Washington, was submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in August 1990. In May 1992, the FERC granted approval of the license application and the project is presently under construction.
