Anti-wear properties of TiC/TiC_xN_(1-x)/TiN coating

摘要

THis paper presents the results the results of the investigation of durability of wear-resitant multi-layer coating TiC/TiC_xN_(1-x)/TiN deposited by vacuum-arc method. The coating selected for investigation were preprared by introducing a mixture of C_2H_2 and N_2 gas in different proportions, in the deposition chamber, during the arc-deposition process.
