Neural Network Evaluation for Speech Coder Celp

摘要

Speech coding algorithms are developed and otpimised by simulation to satisfy a number of applications specific requirements. By using these requirements to analyse different types ofspeech coder operating at various bit rate, the most efficient speech coding scheme for a particular applciation can then be selected. Analysing speech coders is a time consuming and expensive process, as many of the test are besed on human perception of the reconstructed speech from the speech coder.
