摘要

In order to clarify the effect of second phase particles on recrystallization behavior, the rolling and the recrystallization textures of Cu-Cr alloys containing particles have been investigated at different rolling reductions and annealing temperatures. In the case of the 90% rolled specimens, the rolling texture is a typical copper type. The nucleation and the growth occur in the matrix, and then the recrystallization textures accompanied with a cube orientation, which is related to the deformed matrix by a 40° -<111> rotation relationship, are formed. In the case of the 50% rolled specimens, a sharp rolling texture is not developed and Particle Stimulated Nucleation of recrystallization (PSN) becomes more active. Consequently, the recrystallization textures accompanied with random orientations are formed. From these results, there is a possibility that the texture control will be realized by the suitable controlling of the rolling reduction and the annealing temperature in the existence of the particles.
