INFLUENCE OF HOT FINISH ROLLING TEMPERATURE ON TEXTURE AND SPECIFIC CAPACITANCE OF LG5-O FOILS

摘要

The influence of the hot finish rolling temperature on the texture, microstructure and specific capacitance of the LG5-O foils was investigated. It has been shown that when the other conditions were kept fixed, the higher the finishing temperature of hot finish rolling, the larger the proportion of the cubic texture and the higher the specific capacitance.
