The ship Escort Response Vessel System (SERVS) of Alyeska pipeline Service Company (Alyeska) has recently completed an otter treatment response facility for Valdez.This facility ocnstruction completes the last of the steps of the Prince William Sound (PWS) wildlife response capabiity.THis pape rdescribes the planning,training ,and facilites which make up the wildlife response capabiltiy for Alyeska,and for the planholders who transport Alaska North Slope Crude throgh Prince William Sound.
