The research on the calculation of compensation investment in accordance with the results of asset evaluation is a hot point studied by the resettlement economists. The characters of the asset evaluation and compensation calculation are followed:[1] Even in theory speaking, a lot of method can be used to deal with the inundated enterprises in reservoir area, but actually the compensation calculation is in accordance with the assets are removable or irremovable.[2] The rich experiences are needed for asset evaluators since no (sufficient) account data available.[3] Different evaluation methods and standards are adopted to different phenomenon. The compensation standard to the resettles in reservoir area is mainly accepted and , sometimes, several methods are selected to carry on the evaluation.
