Analysis of sediment problem of Pushihe Pumped-Storage Power Plant

摘要

Through model study and calculation, the sediment deposition pattern and quantity in the lower reservoir and the influence of sand abrasion on water passing elements were grasped in general. In general, there exists some influence of sediment on Pushihe Power plant.Through reasonable project layout, flexible reservoir operation, reasonableselection of pump -turbine parameters and materials of water passing elements and alleviation measures, the long-term benefit and normal operation of the plant could be guaranteed.
