摘要

The goal of electrical impedance tomography(EIT) is to obtain the electrical impedance distribution within an area of interest via measurements made between pairs of electrodes placed at the surface. There are several applications of E.I.T where the electrodes need not be placed on the periphery of the area to be imaged. For this study, three electrode configurations have been assessed using three measures of performance and by examining the image quality produced by a basic sensitivity algorithm for each electrode configuration.
