Bu Hasa field is the largest onshore oil field in the United Arab Emirates. In order to enhance oil recovery, a full scale pattern gas injection project is currently under construction. The project aims at injecting 150 MMscf/D (4.2x10~6 std m~3/d) in 14 injection wells. The wellhead injection pressure is 5400 psig (372 bars).
