摘要

The high pressure and temperature method was used to synthesize the compound of Sr_(0.6)Eu_(0.4)TiO_(s+y). The analysis of XRD shows that the sample is cubic structure. the results of XPS and Moasbauer spectra indicate that there is a mixing valence Eu(II) and Eu(III) in the compound. The charge of (TiO_(s+y)~(-n) calculated from the ratio of Eu(II) to Eu (III) is n=2. 15.
