THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OF HIGH -WATER QUICK-SETTING MATERIAL AND ITS APPLICATION IN METAL MINES

In this paper, the specific properties of a new material, high - water material, were studied. The high-water material has two components, namely material A and B, both of which are produced from bauxite and quicklime. It has the specific properties, such as the high content of water, rapid hardening. Its strength can reach 3. 5 MPa in one day and 5. 5 MPa in 7 days. The various factors influencing the strength were investigated by the uniaxiai and triaxial tests. As a result of its utilizations, many existing technological problems, for example, dehydration, underground pollution and piling of the fail sand, are successfully solved, as were proven in Xingqiao and Jiaoja metal mine.
