摘要

In this paper the performance of a steam-jet refrigeration system is investigated. First and second law analyses as well as the economics of the system are presented. Thermodynamic parameters investigated include the COP, refrigerating effect, condenser heat rejection, motive steam requirements, second law efficiency, and system irreversibility. Economic parameters investigated include the equipment costs, space needs, power requirements, and installed and operational costs.
