Many modern technologies imitate the perfectly evolved biological system. One of the examples is radar which is designed according to the echo system of bat which emits a signal and receives the reflection and then identify and localize the bag. Various features of a target can be identified by matching the transmitted and received signals. One of the matching methods is the so called correlation processing. This paper will propose a fast algorithm for estimating the time delay and Doppler's shift which in turn determine the velocity and the distance of a target we are interested. The algorithm combines the idea of wavelets and the principle of correlation processing together and therefore shares the advantages of both.
