This paper introduces a design and development for special use FM modulated transmitter used in phonetics broadcasting. As contrasted with crystal fixed transmission frequency FM transmitter in China at present, the transmitter employs the transmission technique of phase lock frequency synthesizer and single-device multi-channel, it possesses following feature: transmitting frequency may be readjusted, multistage frequency double and high order filter are saved, so that the circuit is simple and reliable, readjustment convenient and property price ratio is higher. The technique is the first time used in China for small type solid FM transmitter.
