摘要

The glass-crystalline materials in SiO_2-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5 system were obtained from alcohol solutions. The FTIR and XRD examinations were carried out for wet gles and heat-treated samples. It has been found that gel-derived glasses having the molar ratio Al_2O_3 : P_2O_2 = 1 are characterized by the continuous framework connected with [SiO_4], [PO_4] and [AlO_4] tetrahedra The thermal treatment of gel-derived glasses at 1000°C involves the berlmite AlPO_4 crystallization The obtained glass-crystalline materials containing AlPO_4 are characterized by the high chemical resistanceas well as by high sintering and melting temperature.
