A ROUNDNESS MEASUREMENT WITHOUT OMISSION OF HARMONIC COMPONENTS USING DATA INTERPOLATION COMBINED WITH SEQUENTIAL THREE-POINT METHOD

摘要

The new concept of interpolation method combining with a sequential three-point method is proposed to extend the detectable order of harmonic component to higher region in roundness measurement. The validity of the method is confirmed by a numerical simulation and a measuring experiment.
