Possibilities of obtaining a combustibile fluid, out of inferior coals

The use in Romania energetics and in that of other countries of coals with about 40 percent ashes and 30 percent moisture, namely 1 800 kcal/kg, brinngs about many inconveniences, among which it can be counted the circulation through the combustition equipment of very large quantities of material, the impossibility of keeping the flame, which means additional fuel, etc.
