The Experiment Research on the Wear of the Impellers of Centrifugal Pumps

A set of two-phase flow wear experimental apparatus used for the research of the wear of centrifugal pumps has been designed and established. From experiments the relationships among the wear weight-loss of the blades with the rotation speed of impellers, concentration, the design parameters of the impellers have been obtained. These conclusions are useful for guiding the development of high-efficient and wear-resistant slurry pumps.
