TIP'S protocol run-time system

摘要

This paper presents Channels, a run-time system intended and optimized for transport systems supporting multimedia applications on high-speed networks.Channels is one component of the TIP (Transport and temetworking Package) project TIP's objective is to develop a new transport system which supports advanced communications on high-speed networks.
