Contra Costa Water District's (CCWD's) 75 million gallon per day (mgd) Bollman Water Treatment Plant (Bollman) has an existing process train of coagulation, sedimentation and filtration. This plant is currently meeting Federal and State drinkking water regulations. The District is desirous of upgrading the facility with ozone go continue providing high quality water meeting potential changes in existing regulations.
