Improvements of ozone generator for water treatment plants

We examine materials used for electric discharge tubes and their electrode production method for ozone generators based on conductive film characteristics. In comparison with the aluminum hot spray method, stainless steel sputtering method can form conductive film having thin dense ampolphous corrosion resistance. It has longer life than ever before.
