摘要

In this paper the performance of a block-coded modulation(BCM) scheme based on one-step partitioning of the signal constellation was evaluated by using a time domain simulation approach.A (8-D) 24QAM was considered by their simplicity of the receiver for high-speed applications.A binary repetition code and detection followinE Conway/Sloane method were used.Symbol error rates in the presence of AWGN and ISI impairments were studied and several simulation results are presented.
