Single Port Surgery and NOTES Activities in 29 years

From my standpoint, I do see different principles of endoscopic surgery.Single port sugery is using a single access and is integrating the endoscope and the instruments within a tube form structure which can be either rigid or flexible.The today leading principle is th multiport approach, which is used in most cases in the area of laparoscopic or thoracoscopic surgery.
